    Works for Me Wednesday

I utilize the internet for many recipes. It was getting tiresome and "costly" to print out each recipe that I wanted/needed. I recently discovered that many of the recipe sites will allow you to email yourself or a friend the recipe. We have a data plan with our cell phone service and that allows us to get email alerts and read email from our cell phone. So I have begun emailing the recipes to myself and then opening the email from my cell phone and following the recipe from there. It saves on the cost of printing and also from running back and forth to the computer in the bedroom. Some of the sites also allow you to text message your recipe to your cell phone.

Check your favorite recipe site to see if they have added this feature for ease of cooking and trying recipes.

ALERT: Please be aware that your cell phone company may charge extra if you don't have a data plan or text messaging plan. Check with your company to see what charges might incur.
